Outside in the south-west facing private garden there are decked areas for eating out and relaxing and a grassed area where there is a rotary line. The garden is due to be landscaped again in the Spring. There is a large 4-6 seater table and chairs and also a 2 seater Bistro set.

Few minutes walk to Torre station & Asda. 15 minutes walk to coach station and town. 20 minutes walk to Torbay Hospital and The Willows shopping area. 25 minutes downhill to the seafront.

Ideal tenant will be in professional full- time work and eat a plant based or vegetarian diet. Please don't waste time applying if either these requirements don't apply to you.

Small very friendly elderly dog so must love dogs.

I work part-time in retail now and still enjoy making & exhibiting textile art as previously I was an art / craft tutor in Adult Education at South Devon College plus running courses and workshops in schools & community centres.
