We have a studio apartment available for professionals – let for single use. We are on Belgrave Road, just a 10-minute walk to Abbey Sands and the town centre, and 15 minutes to the harbourside. The train station is within 10-12 minutes on foot, and there are excellent bus links to local areas, including Torbay Hospital. On-street parking is available nearby.

As a 5 storey guest house, we live on-site but the units are all self-contained. An informal meet-up will be required before any rental agreement is reached. We’re happy to discuss different rent types.
