You’ll be sharing the home with a friendly live-in landlord and 2 well-behaved pets ( a cat and a dog), so this would suit someone who is comfortable with animals. Also who wouldn’t mind feeding the cat whilst I’m away as I sometime work overnights and go away regularly.
