I’ve got a furnished double room available in a 3-bed house in Torquay, just a short walk from the town centre. You’d be living with me, my partner, and one other lodger — we’re all easygoing, respectful, and generally keep to ourselves but happy to chat too. Ideally we’re looking for a young professional or student, but we’re open to considering others. Pets are considered for an additional £10 per week per pet, and couples are also considered at an additional £20 per week.

Ellacombe — quiet residential area, walking distance to town, shops, buses, beach, gyms etc. Free street parking and a private off-street parking space too. Good transport links.
