We are looking for a professional person to rent 3 rooms in a former guest house. The house is divided into sections and has it's own stairs to the upper rear part of the house. There is a double en-suite with 2 rooms included that are currently an office and cosy lounge. The shared amenities are the kitchen (includes own separate fridge freezer) and utility room which includes use of a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is also a large dining room that is shared but the current tenants do not use this area. Currently my son lives in the area but is moving out to share with his girlfriend. We have ultra fast broadband 270mbps on the wifi and over 900 mbps on wired connections. Prospective tenants would need to provide references and undergo basic credit checks to suit the landlords requirements. The tenant would have to sign a new short term tenancy agreement along with the current tenants. There is limited on street parking outside the house where you can park 90% of the time. The area for rent is above the kitchen, utility room and dining room so I often am not even aware when my son is in. It really is like it's own flat. There is absolutely no smoking inside the house but there is a nice court yard with seating area for any guests to smoke outside. The house is heated with Gas CH via the hive and manual over ride. The area is part furnished with a large double bed and some basic furniture and some fitted wardrobes. Available from the end of January.
