I've got a furnished double room available in a 3-bed house in Torquay, just a short walk from the town centre. You'd be living with me, my partner, and one other lodger, we're all easygoing, respectful, and generally keep to ourselves but happy to chat too. Ideally we're looking for a young professional or student, but we're open to considering others. Pets are considered for an additional £10 per week per pet, and couples are also considered at an additional £20 per week.

Free street parking and a private off-street parking space too. Good transport links.
