2 Double rooms available

Full time working professionals preferred please and not from home/remote workers.
2 newly decorated double rooms available. Shared bathroom and kitchen. There is a lounge i don't really use so you are welcome to use that. There is a large garden/patio which gets the sun most of the summer days. I would consider having a dog in the house but not a cat, last lodgers cat trashed my carpets! Rent is cheap because there is only parking on the road at the end of the cul-de-sac and I like to run a fairly economical home, not waisting water and electricity. I don't have a tumble dryer, I dry my washing either on the washing line or airers. I am a smoker but I do not allow smoking in the house.
