​We have a bright, fully furnished double ensuite room available for single occupancy in our quiet, professional home. Perfectly located for Torbay Hospital staff or those wanting easy access to the beautiful Cockington village.

We both follow a 9-to-5 weekday routine, so the house is very peaceful. This would best suit a quiet, respectful individual with a similar schedule.
​Please Note: As we already have two cats, we cannot accept any further pets (must be a cat lover!).
