Ensuite Double Bedroom to Let in Torquay

Ensuite double bedroom to let in a cosy pleasant flat near the town centre of Torquay. It will be for a minimum of 3 months, possibly 6+ as the place is currently on the market.
I am looking for someone who is veggie/plant-based preferred please.
You will have the place to yourself most of the time, I do not sleep there but I need to keep access to the shared areas. There is a small kitchen with microwave, toaster, mini oven, kettle and hob. You will have a fridge-freezer to yourself and plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen.
The ensuite bathroom is a good size with a shower, sink and toilet, and a washing machine.
The bedroom has a double bed, chair and small chest of drawers and wardrobe area in the alcove with lots of space to hang clothes.
There is a good sized living room and a dining area with sofa, table and chairs.
Includes 40gb of wifi data per month which should be enough for the average wifi user.
I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and trustworthy, preferably female but not fixed.
I myself am friendly, respectful and considerate.
The area is very near to the town centre, literally a few minutes walk to the shops and a big Tescos around the corner. The lovely harbour and beaches are nearby too, around 10 minutes walk. If you reply to this add please state your dietary preferences.
