New Flatmate Needed For Torquay Flat

An unfurnished room in available for a single occupant, comes with own wardrobe and a few cupboards for storage. Flat has a shared bathroom, shower, kitchen, lounge and garage (which is located in the grounds around the property). There is also a large garden which is shared by the entire block of flats, and free parking next to the flat.

With bills included (gas and electricity, water, broadband, TV license, council tax), total monthly cost of the property varies. But it is usually from around £700 to a maximum of £800. The water bill is around £40 each month, but is paid in 6 month installments. The Council Tax Band for the property is C.

The property is about a 5-10 minute walk for Torquay harbour, and about a 10-15 minute walk from the main high street.

In terms of what you should expect living with me (the other tenant), I am an animal lover, so I have a pet gecko called Maisie who I look after. She is never (and hopefully will never be) let out of her enclosure, and aside from the odd rustling here and there - she is quiet. I am also a gamer, a bit of a geek, a keen lego collector and I enjoy keeping myself active. I enjoy a relaxed and chill vibe at home.
