I have a spare double room in my 2 bedroom terrace home. 10 minutes walk from town centre.

I have a young very friendly cat who goes outside regularly into our south facing enclosed garden.
There is on road parking 2 minutes walk from the house.
Or there is space available to keep a bicycle.

I moved back to Devon just over a year ago. , I am easy going and I'm still good friends with the lodgers I had in my last home in Wiltshire.

I'm looking for a relaxed but considerate lodger, who communicates well. Who is friendly and enjoys their own company in equal measure.
It is important that you are comfortable around Alana who is fun and cuddly.

The room looks out to the rear of the home. sky Tv in lounge. large built in wardrobe (literally can stand in it! So good storage too), desk, chair, shelving, chest of drawers etc.
Linen is available if requested.

Facing out to the garden is a small warm sunny room, where you are welcome to eat or just sit and read, or the lounge if you prefer.
Bright comfortable and quiet room, in a relaxed house, that will quickly feel like home.
