Attic space- own bedroom,kitchen/living & bathroom

A one bedroom, self-contained attic space with its own access through a courtyard garden up a spiral staircase. The attic space has its own living area, kitchen area and desk area (that are all private).. Lovely light, great views, with double bedroom, open plan kitchen and living room space (two separate areas), shower room and entrance hallway. The flat has recently been redecorated and had a new bathroom and kitchen area put in. There is a double bedroom (with double bed, draws and wardrobe), and a living room area with a sofa/sofabed. There is a kitchen area with cooker, fridge, sink and cupboard space. There is a shower room with shower, toilet and sink. The living space is L shaped and there is an area for a desk.. At the top of the outside staircase there is a small space, just big enough for a few plants and pots, and just enough space to put a chair on and sit outside. Please note the access is through a courtyard down a flight of stairs and it has its own separate front door up a spiral flight of stairs and there are stairs in the flat. Please also note there is no washing machine but there is a launderette a five minutes walk away.

The attic space is the whole top floor of our house & we live downstairs, and have two teenage children and a cat. We are a few minutes walk from Totnes high street. The flat comes furnished.

Gas & Electricity & Water bills are paid by us. For double occupancy there will be an additional charge of £40 per month to cover additional usage.

Council Tax is separately registered so you will need to pay that and it is band A.

As we live below we are ideally looking for one or two people who are reasonably quiet.
