Large room south facing :)

Hey there im currently sharing my house with a friend of mine who i work with on a farm near totnes, but im looking to go away traveling in January and want to rent out another room to help pay for the adventure. :) we live in a pretty quiet family neighbourhood near the station and a quick walk to town with a lovely garden and a view of totnes castle, looking for someone whos clean and tidy and is interested in gardening and permaculture or is inspired by somthing else that they can yeach us about. Musical people are welcome :)
