It is in a fairly modern, detached house in a cul-de-sac in Bridgetown, Totnes near the River Dart, just three minutes walk from the Seven Stars hotel and within walking distance of the centre of Totnes.

Large, shared kitchen (with dining area) which is great for cooking.
Wi-fi Broadband (wi-fi is turned off at night).
Washing machine.
Preferably you are considerate, quiet, tidy and health-conscious.
This is a lodger arrangement: the owner/landlord also lives at the house.
Note: The room's window faces north so the room is not sunny.
