Large, light and airy twin room available in our family home in Totnes.
We are a married couple with a two year old daughter and another baby on the way, due in May. I work part-time as a therapist and my husband works from home as a private tutor and educational consultant. We are looking for a friendly but reasonably quiet and independent lodger to share our beautiful home near the centre of Totnes.
The room is large and airy, has a lovely leafy view and is very quiet and peaceful.
The house has two bathrooms, and we mainly use our own shower room on the second floor, so the first floor bathroom is primarily for our lodger (we do use it for toddler bath time in the early evening).
The kitchen is very large, with french doors that open out onto a small but very sunny garden, which has a nice decked area for outdoor dining in the summer.
