It’s a 10 minute walk into town, close to bus stops and 20 minute walking distance to the train station. .

I have a dog and 2 cats, so someone who is pet friendly is important.

The bedroom available is a double room with over head storage / double cupboard units / bedside draws. ** The desk and sofa bed in the image will not be in the room. ***

Downstairs is open plan (living / dining room area, kitchen, utility room, toilet)

The back garden is on 3 levels, 2 patio’d areas and the top section is gravelled.

Out of the front of the property is driveway parking for two cars.
