Peaceful annex/studio room close to Totnes town

Hi, we have an annex room up for rent in a peaceful road 12 mins walk from Totnes town in a friendly community.

This is one room with a bed and kitchen in the same room. With a toilet/shower room and walk in cupboard/wardobe. The door is in our garden. This is adjoined to our house but separate. Studio style.

There is no WIFI

We have a cat so pets won't be a good idea.

Fridge/freezer, halogen hob, mini grill/oven, toaster, kettle, extractor fan, washing machine. Electric walk in shower. Wooden floors, radiators.

Table and chairs
Walk in wardrobe
Ensuite-walk in electric shower
Plates, cutlery, pots and pans etc

WIll suit a single person who is fairly quiet and who doesn't have many visitors as it is very close to our living space. Obviously it's fine to have a friend over now and again! But this is for a single person.

We are quite relaxed and friendly here and there is also a cat who may come and say hello.

Parking is easy in the street. Permits not needed.

£550 per month plus electricity used. Which is usually around £30 a month. It is measured on a meter so I am able to add this up at the end of the month and you can pay this seperately. You do not have to put money into it as you go!
