Hello! I have a large double bedroom with a mezzanine free in the lovely 2 bed converted stables I’m currently renting. It can be unfurnished or with a bed and mattress, and 4 built in cabinets including one with a rail!
It’s situated between Totnes & Dartington, with the river Dart being a 5 minute walk away.
You will have your own bathroom with a bath, and use of the shared living room, kitchen and big garden. You will be living with my 2 dogs too ☺️
