It would suit 2 friends sharing or a small family. The street is quiet and the house has a calm and fresh feel to it.

I am looking for respectful, considerate people who will look after the house and be considerate of neighbours.

Available from 14 October for 6 months. £950 pcm exc bills (room for negotiation on the rent if you are single person)
