I am going away for a few months and I am looking for someone to sublet my lovely room.

I live in a lovely two bedroom house near the steam packet in Totnes. The room available is at the back of the house, away from the road and over looking the south facing back garden. It’s a furnished double room with a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is on street parking available or there is a car park at the back of the house that you can buy a permit for.

You will be sharing with a wonderful gal who is super easy going, loves to cook, and is a fab housemate.
