Spacious double bedroom in central Totnes

I'm Kerry, I moved into my new flat this summer and am now looking for a lovely human (preferably female) to share the space with.

The flat is fully furnished, so you'll have a small double bed with very comfy mattress, standing clothes rail, built-in wardrobe, & side table. The bedroom has been redecorated to a warm terracotta colour. There's a very spacious lounge and small kitchen. Washing machine but no dishwasher.

I'm looking for someone who wants to coexist in this space together with ease, fun, flow, self-responsibility, and good communication. We will only know if that feels right through a phone call or meeting in person!

I'm asking for £400 in rent, excluding bills. Bills come to around £420-440 (!) per month (electricity - £90-110, water - £30, council tax band B - £142, and service charge - £157). This means our monthly costs will be £615-625 each, depending on electricity & water usage.
* Please note I do not have WiFi here, as there are limited suppliers, and I find hot-spotting off my phone 4G to be as fast as WiFi (and no extra cost!)... If WiFi is essential for you, happy to chat about getting that installed.

** Also, please note whilst this street is generally very quiet, there are nearby pubs & restaurants so sometimes at weekends you'll hear some noise. Therefore, won't suit someone who is very sensitive to noise!

About me.... I love dancing, improvisation, acting, singing, drumming, making music, walking, hiking, wild swimming, foraging, reading, cosy times, cooking, gathering in circle, howling at the moon, and so on...! I'm self employed and mostly work from home but I like to make use of co-working spaces too. I sometimes have people over for 1-2-1s or small gatherings - you are welcome to do the same as long as things finish up by 10pm (neighbours & sleep!) ...
