Furnished double room in cosy house

After a time living alone I'm keen to invite someone into the house. If you're dog friendly, tidy, and enjoy a balance of social and alone time then me and Gertie would love to hear from you.

The rate includes full fibre broadband, water, gas, electric, and council tax (band B). Our home has a garden with a studio/laundry room and a patio. The house is four up two down. The four is two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a mixed use half bedroom. The two is a kitchen and living room. All but my room and the garden shed are shared spaces, and things can be adapted by discussion. Parking on street is permit based, and can be arranged with the council for less than £50 a year.
