Double room with kitchenette & private shower room

Hi. We have a furnished studio/bedsit-style double room to rent in our Totnes home, just a two-minute walk from the train station. It’s self-contained with a kitchenette area with a 2-ring hob, fridge and sink. Our previous lodger had his own air fryer – we could provide one if needed. There is also a private shower room (with toilet, shower and wash basin) just opposite the bedroom which is for your use only. The photos show a single bed but it's now a double.

We think the room is best suited to someone who goes out to work rather than working from home, as it is just the one room with kitchenette – i. e. there isn’t a shared living-room or dining-room as well. The room looks out over our small decked garden, which you’re welcome to relax in when the weather’s good.

The rent is £625pcm with bills and Wi-Fi included. Our current lodger is moving out mid-May so the room will be available around that time.
