Double room near Littlehempston/Totnes

Room to rent in 2 bedroom cottage near Littlehempston. Sharing with 1 other. The room is an average sized double with double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is 1 bathroom to share with shower and bath.

Downstairs has a large kitchen diner and large separate sitting room. There are gardens both front and back. Very quiet area with lots of birdsong.

I am looking for male or female, more about the personality rather than the gender. This is a quiet house but music at sensible volumes is welcome.

My ideal tenant would be out working most days rather than at home all day. Working from home on occasion is welcome.

There is no TV so its laptop for watching things. Not looking for people who stay in their bedroom most of the time.

I'm quite keen on cooking and playing music so like minded people prefered. There are 2 pianos here.

You will need a car as its 10 mins drive to Totnes, 20 mins to Newton Abbot and Torquay.

Im generally flexible and accommodating for the right fit!
