I live in a lovely, cosy townhouse just off Totnes High Street and I’m looking for a housemate to share it with - women preferred sorry.

* 10 minutes’ walk to Totnes Station
* 3 minutes walk from Morrisons Garage
* 5 minutes walk from Morrisons Supermarket
* Great central location, just off the High Street

The house:

* Kitchen and living room on the ground floor
* Bathroom upstairs with shower and standing bath
* 2 bedrooms + 1 small guest room
* Small outdoor strip at the back (so smokers are fine, just not indoors)

Features :

* Washing machine with inbuilt dryer
* Dishwasher & microwave
* Furnished bedroom: double bed, basic hanging closet, small set of drawers, bedside table, and full-length mirror (flexible if you want to bring your own furniture or replace existing furniture)

Rent:

£150 per week or £600 per month - all bills included (gas, electric, internet, toilet paper subscription)

* Deposit: 2 weeks rent

* 6 month rolling tenancy - so there is possibility of extending stay if it is working for both of us :)

About Me:

I have just finished a nursing degree so I’m currently taking a break before going into nursing and working as a carer and doing odd jobs. In my free time I enjoy swimming, climbing, dinner parties, spending time with friends and travelling. I love living with someone I can also hang out with and go out for a drink with, but also like my downtime. I have a very lovely boyfriend so need to live with someone who is comfortable with having him here every so often :)

Please note: Part of the house is over a hairdressers, and as we are in town you will have to be ok with some level of street noise particularly from business downstairs in the mornings.
