Double room in family home

I will have a double room available at the end of October. Solo mum (14yr old), teacher, chilled...
We are on the edge of Dartington (near KEVICCS) close to the river, walks, train station and bus stops.
It's a large double (currently occupied!) shared bathroom and kitchen, large garden.
Resident cat of mature years potters about.
500 pcm inclusive of bills, based on fair usage policy. Initial 6 months tenancy 😊 with a view to extend if all parties happy.
