Large double room with own bathroom

Large double room in Victorian house in Jubilee Road, Totnes. Room is furnished with a small double bed, bureau, standard lamp, bedside lamp, mirror, towel rail, large fitted wardrobe. Across the hall landing is a large bathroom with shower, bath, sink.

I live on the top floor of the house, with my own bathroom. There is a shared living room with open fire, kitchen/dining room and large garden with seating and fire pit with views across Totnes. Garage available to store a bicycle if needed. Non-restricted parking in the street.

Please note the bed, armchair and chaise longue pictured are no longer in the room (but there is a bed, just a different one!)

No pets please, as I have a domestic short-haired cat.

The house is currently for sale, but taking longer than originally anticipated. The room is therefore available for at least two months, and possibly longer. I would of course keep you posted and give plenty of notice to move out as the completion of the sale approached.

Bills included: council tax, broadband. Bills additional: share of gas, electric, water.

You must be happy to feed the cat when I am away!
