Two beautiful rooms, central Totnes

This house is in the centre of town but very quiet. It has two gardens and plenty of potential for growing vegetables. It has a large living room and kitchen/dining area and spacious bedrooms. I am going to paint the kitchen/dining area a light butter yellow and if you're keen to help decorate, that would be amazing :)

There’s one smaller third bedroom which is mine currently. Come and have a look and see which room suits you. The loft room has its own en suite toilet and great views.

It will be part-furnished with items I am finding and taking out of my storage and landlady has various things to sell like bed, mattress, sofa, etc. If you have furniture, please let me know.

I am looking to live with like-hearted, community-minded, people, who are respectful of boundaries, up for authentic relating/clear and honest communication, and are oriented towards a healthy lifestyle and are generally positive. I would like to foster a feeling of community, in which there is mutual support and inspiration. Perhaps cooking together sometimes, organising fun + wholesome activities occasionally.

Quiet and lights out after 10pm is necessary if living here. I know this really doesn’t suit some people - so please, if you don’t actively like to go to bed early then don’t apply. I have a very specific requirement for this due to noise sensitivity. I don’t want anyone to live somewhere where it feels restrictive, so please be clear upfront. Obviously there are exceptions to this, but we can all give each other some warning (i. e. there's a gig or event that goes on late.)

I would like the house to have a wholesome and peaceful energy.

Bills are £110 each per month.
