Two beautiful rooms, central Totnes

This house is in the centre of town but very quiet. It has two gardens and plenty of potential for growing vegetables. It has a large living room and kitchen/dining area and spacious bedrooms. There’s one smaller third bedroom which is mine currently. Come and have a look and see which room suits you. The loft room has its own toilet.

It’s mostly unfurnished but the landlady has various things to sell like bed, mattress, sofa, etc.

I am looking to live with like hearted community minded people, who are respectful of boundaries and are peaceful. Working from home is fine. Quiet after 10pm is necessary if living here.

Bills are £110 each per month.
