Room to rent in Totnes

Room available for rent in our ideally located Totnes home.

We are between the train station and the high street with a view of the castle. There is a south facing courtyard and garden out back, perfect for our small veg patch and hammock. There are three rooms, two doubles and one single. Andres has the single room and is here for another three months before returning to Colombia. Another foreign language student will arrive shortly after so there is always a lively, refreshing atmosphere.

The dining room is the largest room and a communal area. The living room is cozy with real fireplace and comfy sofas. I am a keen Dartmoor walker when the weather is nice and enjoy cooking. I am a web designer by trade mainly working from home. We are looking to keep a tidy, social home.

Initially a six month tenancy with a view to extending. We have a homely, easy going atmosphere with friendly banter and respect for personal space.
