Room available in Flatshare

I have a room available in my flat. The room gets the evening sun and overlooks the garden. The garden is full of apple trees, a pond and an outdoor pizza oven!! The flat is 5 mins walk from town center, with off street parking nearby. Opposite is a spar and chinese takeaway. The flat over looks a basket ball court and small park. Quick walk up the hill and your in rolling countryside! Or toward the river and you have one of the most beautiful rivers to walk by or kayak on. Dogs are welcome as I have one, so at least need to be dog friendly, and not afraid to do share of cleaning.
