Totnes has great access to good road and rail links, Exeter, The English Riviera and South Hams.

The house is fairly quiet and relaxed (please note I have a small elderly dog).
The house will suit someone who is a working professional. There are a lot of stairs (4 story house and the room is on the top floor), it may, therefore, be unsuitable for someone who has mobility issues.
WiFi is included in the monthly rent.
