Lovely double room to rent on a short term basis

Lovely double room available on a short term basis of up to one month to someone who will appreciate a quiet and tidy home. The room will next be available from the beginning of May 2013. It is a creative environment housing the landladys artist studio and it is preferable that you are either a working professional or are studying.
I am not looking to house a party animal, loud music maniac, or a relatively extreme lifestyle choice. As I work a lot from home I'm also not looking for someone who will be in the house all day. Just so that you know! Good communicators, alternative/creative lifestyle thoughts and sense of humour would be great though!
The room is ideal for someone needing a stepping stone to more permanent lodgings in the area. I will consider one week stays or up to one month. There will be a returnable deposit required for the tenancy. Aprox. half of what the cost is of your intended stay. There is plenty of over night parking in the area, however some is daytime restricted. The train station is five minutes walk away as is the High Street.
