Double room available in a large Victorian detached house over looking Plymouth sound. Newly refurbished. Close to amenities and a water taxi that takes you to the Barbican in just 5 minutes. Must like dogs. Looking for a professional (s). My husband and I are both full time professionals looking for a lodger who wants to share our home. We are close to Fort Stamford gym or the countryside if you prefer the outdoors. Front and back garden with parking available. If you are a couple there will be additional rent.

Testimony "I really enjoyed living with Phil and Lorraine, they were very welcoming and relaxed. I needed somewhere quiet to study for my MA at the time. It was great travelling on the water taxi each morning to get to uni. House was always clean and the dogs are friendly. I highly recommend you check out this accommodation as it's in a beautiful area of Plymouth but not out of the way. Met all my needs including parking".
