Two rooms and bathroom to rent in Village location

My husband and I have two rooms in our Devon long house available, one as a double bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and the other as a sitting room with TV, bed settee and small cabinet. £410 per calendar month is for both rooms. The bathroom has a bath with power shower, sink and wc. There is a separate WC and we have our own shower room. You can share the kitchen where we cook on an Aga. We have one dog. There is off road parking and a large garden. There is central heating and as the Aga is always on there is plenty of hot water. We are 5 mins drive away from J27 of M5. The rooms would be ideal for a proffesional person who would like the peace and quiet of a lovely village, but at the same time not far from the local town of Tiverton. There is a pub in the vilage. Just to clarify both rooms are for your sole use we do not use them. The house is the vilage Post Office that I run and my husband is retired.
