A 5 bed converted barn with beautiful views. Large garden and 7 acres to wonder in. Launceston is 15 minutes drive, Holsworthy also 15 minutes drive. The A30 Is 10 minutes drive. So very convenient but peaceful. If couples apply then the rent will be another £25 PER WEEK and further costs will be added. Cost in all cases to be discussed.
