You will have access and use of most of the rest of the house and secluded gardens, including large lounge and dining room with wood burner and fully equipped kitchen.

We run our business from home, and have office space in a separate part of the house downstairs.

Garage space available for some storage by agreement. Washing machine and work bench in garage. Lots of off street parking - and on street if needed. Parking is never an issue here.

Moorlands is a very secluded cul-de-sac of 25 houses. You will be sharing with a father and son (50 [ish!] and 25 years of age). Cleaner comes twice a week and is included.

Large rear garden mostly lawn. We have a very friendly and well behaved dog.

Would suit professional, (probably male), that works locally in Ottery, Exeter, Honiton, Sidmouth or Exmouth areas. Non-smoker essential.
