A Quiet Spot in North Devon

This is a family run B&B and we are looking for longer term lodgers over the winter months. So this would really suit someone working locally.

Ideally from Monday to Friday, then we can still take guests over the weekends.

We are 6 miles from Barnstaple and 4 from Bideford in between the two. You will need a car to live here. The nearest shop is a 6 minute drive away.

We have a small baby and four collie dogs. This lot might be found in the kitchen, but never in the bedrooms or living room.

There is WiFi, but the signal is not terribly strong and so it is better used downstairs.

You would be welcome to bring a TV and aerial etc but these are not routinely provided.

There are two possible bedrooms and they share a large family bathroom. On has a superking bed and the other has a twin.
