A large double room in flat with lovely sea views

Based extremely close to shops and bus stop, the upstairs flat has lovely sea views, double glazing, gas central heating and also use of a garden.
The monthly rent includes water, gas, electric, wifi and sky TV, basically all bills covered except council tax which I will share 50/50 roughly £50 a month.
I am a local Coastguard, Community Responder for Ambulance Service, work for the Fire Service teaching children and a First Aid Instructor. So you would be in safe hands. Lol
The room currently has furniture such as double bed, wardrobe, window storage container and shelves. You may keep the furniture or have your own whichever your preference is. The room will be cleared of the items in picture on furniture.
