Seeking professional person to rent a double room with use of family bathroom. Very close to sea so any budding surfers are welcome to put surf board and wet suit in garage. Private driveway to park car. Looking for happy person, who is clean and tidy, respects all areas, and keeps kitchen clean as and when use. Regularly cleans own room and areas that they use and respects others space. You will be sharing with landlady who works full time. Can negotiate use of spare guest room for occasional over night visitors. Friendly old dog lives here too.
