Friendly housemates looking for a professional, respectful and friendly person of similar interests. We like socialising together but also enjoy our own space. We work long hours so enjoy peaceful evenings.
It’s a great old house so expect some quirks, but it’s a fantastic location and plenty of space.

Bedroom does have a double bed and some furnishings, can be unfurnished if needed
Shower and bath, separate toilet

Plenty of space for parking
Large garage, has been used as workshop space previously, not suitable for keeping a car.
Close to westward ho and walking distance to the beach but not in the centre so quiet in the evenings
There are friendly dogs and a cat that live in the property so you would need to like animals, unfortunately due to this, we are looking for someone without any pets.
