Short term private annexe Westward Ho! north Devo

Ground floor annexe to the rear of our house for one person. Our house is for sale so this would only be available temporarily but I can give a minimum of 1 months notice and keep a lodger updated.

We are looking for a quiet (ish) considerate female lodger , For fairly quirky ( we think charming )rooms consisting of own entrance ,double bedroom, shower cubicle, separate toilet ,small kitchen ,gas central heating and outside own courtyard .
Bed and bedding, washing machine, furniture, little cooker included
.Use of a freezer is available to share with our family.
.Please be aware that the rooms may not be suitable if you have a disability because
there are outside steps and a gravel path through the garden to get to the accommodation.

We have a friendly dog but she has a separate area of garden so she will be separate unless you want to say hello

On road car parking ,walking distance of beach and ,Westward Ho! for shops ,pubs and coffee shops. There is a bus stop 3 minutes walk away. For busses to Barnstaple, Bideford and Ilfracombe.
Available due to my present lodger moving on .
Possibly suitable for a small pet but we can discuss this ,if of interest.
