Room to let in a quiet home up from the beach

Bedroom to rent short term, would consider long term.

Driveway area ample for two vehicles

One main bath room and one cloak room.

Only rent being required, all bills included.

I have a dog, nine years old, no trouble and won’t cause you any issues, exceptionally good temperament and super friendly.

The bedroom would fit a double bed and I can arrange an Ariel point so you can put a TV in there. I do have an “oversized” love seat which you would be welcome to use in the bedroom but this would come with an additional deposit amount to loan.

There is a double wardrobe, side drawer set and black out curtains in it currently. Other than that, no further furnishings (ie bed), the whole further house is furnished.

Non workers and students won’t be considered, references and other supporting documentation is required before a viewing will be arranged.

The room to rent is at the back of the property overlooking the garden and woodland, so you won’t be subject to morning communicating noise if you work shifts.
