Double room available in Westward Ho!

I have a room that is available in Westward Ho! in a 3-bedroom house and we are currently looking to find a 2nd lodger.

One of my lodgers is moving out and the room will be available from beginning of October 2025. I am a live-in landlord with my partner. There is also currently 1 female lodger in the house and the age range is 26-28. Both my partner and other lodger work Monday- Friday (08:00-17:00ish hours). I work shift patterns and have a cockapoo dog that also lives at the address.

You would have shared access to the living room and kitchen. There is also a bathroom on the same floor that would be primarily for yourself and my other tenant.

There is parking on the road available and a garage available if you require to store anything. Access to front and back garden.

No smoking or vaping in the house - garden if required. No pets and no overnight guests Sunday-Thursday.

Approximately 15 minute walk to the beach and Bideford High Street is a 10 minute drive away. Barnstaple train station a 20 minute drive away and bus stops nearby.
