very nice self-contained rooms for one person - part of a family house but with with separate entrance - double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet - there is a separate kitchen - fully furnished including kitchen equipment - Whimple is a quiet village with a rail link to Exeter and Honiton - we are a 15 minute walk from the railway station - there is room to park a car off-road - all bills are included and wireless broadband is available - Sowton, the M5 and Honiton are only 10 minutes away by car - sorry but no smokers and no pets
monthly rent of £480

I would highly recommend this place to stay as it's in a quiet area and a beautiful location. The place is spacious and you don't have to worry about parking as it has it's own space. It's well worth the rent as you have all your own space.
That means no sharing .... Andy
