Bright double room, fully furnished

Our home (Council Band C) is clean and comfortable with a spacious living area and private garden with off street parking. There are reliable and frequent buses and trains running nearby (bus stop 30 second walk, train station 15 min walk or short bus ride). The city center is a 10 minute bus journey (or a 30 min safe walk). The Met office is close by and an easy walk/cycle ride, RD&E Hospitals are an easy bus journey or a 30 min walk. Exeter Uni is an easy distance from my house by bus or a 30 min walk. Cooking facilities, dishwasher and washing machine are available. I have a strict no smoking house and have no pets. We work full-time Mon-Fri and would like someone to share who is of a quieter nature.
Please note there is one family bathroom and the room to let does not have an en-suite
