Flatmate wanted in Exeter

I have a large double bedroom to let in a maisonette in a quiet cul-de-sac in Whipton. The room is unfurnished but a single bed and wardrobe can be provided if required. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The property benefits from Virgin Media and broadband, and I would consider installing a further TiVo box in the bedroom.
I work in the town centre and am looking for a professional tenant.
The property is on an excellent bus route and also has links nearby to Sowton. There are local shops and a supermarket nearby.
I live a relatively quiet life and would prefer a housemate with similar interests.
I do have a small dog who is very good with people, but not with other animals, which I why I have stated no pets.
