Refurbished Room with private toilet

This newly refurbished room is suitable for a professional. My property is a typical Devonian thatched cottage, very comfortable, clean and cosy. I am in Wilmington, close to shops and supermarkets, Honiton train station, Exeter is only 35 minutes drive. I am looking for a person to share the house with, any race, religion or gender, as long as is not allergic to cats. I am a full time professional, easy going person, very artistic and animal lover. Included in price are:

There are steps to the room, so is not ideal for disable people, I am afraid. The toilet/ shower is for your use only, downstairs, with electric shower.
I am 3 miles from Honiton, 12 miles from Seaton, 14 miles from Lyme Regis, 4 miles from Axminster. Honiton and Axminster have train stations. Public transport is not good in the area, so having own car is important.
My village is very safe, and easy access to the main road.
