Double furnished room in cottage houshare

Double furnished room available in a 3 bed cottage in yealmpton. Monthly rent of £340 includes gas, electric, water, sewage council tax and broadband (all bills). No deposit or references are required.

The room is furnished with a solid Oak bed and very comfy mattress along with wardrobe. The contract will be a 3 month rolling contract (aka if you want to stay after 3 months, then that's great, but if you want to move somewhere else then you have the flexibility to do so).

The cottage is opposite a bus route into Plymouth centre, driving takes around 10-15 mins. Also close to the A38 (the road next to the house leads directly onto the A38 and it is only 5 mins away). There is loads of parking near the house owing to it being a village.

The cottage is beautiful and has been recently renovated. It has underfloor heating, a new woodburner, powershower, a new washer-dryer, large garden, a big range cooker for those Sunday Roasts and the broadband is really strong. We also have a very affectionate micro-cat called Ebony.

In-terms of us...
We are 2 males and 1 female in our mid 20'3-30's and enjoy socialising, healthy living, watching films, Beach BBQs and lots of Watersports (Bantham beach is only 20 minutes away) occasionally going for a drink.

We are a clean and tidy group of professionals (accountants and a nurse), ideally seeking a professional or mature student to share the house with.
