Large double within our family home

We would like to invite a single professional or student to live with us in our home, a large detached property, ideally on a Monday to Friday basis. We have a good sized private double bedroom located on the ground floor, with access to a newly appointed downstairs shower room. Shared access to our large country kitchen with all modern amenities, plus a large living and dining room and a bright garden room. Private lawned garden to the rear with large patio with furniture and bbq, room for 3 parked cars on the drive and garage to store a bicycle. The room furniture includes a double bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, a smart TV, a desk and a chair. All bills are included within reason, plus access to broadband.
The perfect candidate might be a quiet student studying locally who wants a home from home, or someone working on contract who goes back to their family at weekends. I would consider 7 days a week for the right person, however our privacy, peace and quiet and space at the weekends is something we strongly value.
Meals and laundry service could be provided on request. Our home is within easy walking distance of Yelverton shops and the Rock Inn public house. Bus services run regularly from Yelverton into the centre of Plymouth.
We are an active family with each of us working different hours around the clock. Horsey smelling boots and coats occupy the laundry room and garage, so if the thought of that offends you, please don’t apply. We do also provide holiday cover for individual dogs occasionally, and regularly on Mondays. Room photos to follow.
