There is an allocated parking space for the cottage, plus space for a visitor vehicle.

Binneford (near Yeoford), is a beautiful Devon hamlet around 15 minutes from Crediton, 25 minutes from Exeter and very close to Dartmoor. The nearest villages are Cheriton Bishop, Yeoford and Hittisleigh, which are all approximately 10 minutes away.

We are a professional semi retired and friendly couple in our 50s / early 60s who have one small dog.

We are looking for a professional female tenant. STRICTLY NO PETS allowed due to the nature of the garden. We are looking to find a friendly tenant who keeps the cottage clean and tidy.
